Pastor Fields was born to Louis and Nancy Fields, the second of four siblings. He was reared and attended local schools in Jacksonville. For sixteen years Pastor Fields was a very active member of the Philippian Community Church under the leadership of the late Bishop L.C. Callahan, Sr. During his tenure at Philippian, Pastor Fields served as Minister of Music for 14 years.
On May 6, 1996, Pastor Fields was ordained an Elder under the late Bishop L. C. Callahan, Sr. And in January 1997, with the support of his wife, Lady Lisa L. Fields, Grace International Church was established. From its inception, Grace has gone from the den of Pastor Fields’ home, to a storefront church on Hollycrest Drive to the present location at 6611 Ramona Boulevard. God allowed Grace International Church to purchase its present facility in May of 1998.
Pastor Fields earned a Bachelor of Theology Degree from Andersonville Theological Seminary, located in Camilla, Ga. In addition, he also earned a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University, located in Lynchburg, VA. He is the husband of one wife, the lovely Mrs. Lisa Lavett Fields, to whom he marries on April 19, 1986. They have 3 children; Lisa Victoria, Louis III, and Michael Andrew. They also have one grandson, Louis IV.
